Age

You must be at least 16 years old to create and send a note.

Keep it kind and lawful

Do not use this service for threats, harassment, hate, impersonation, sexual content involving minors, unlawful material, or repeated unwanted contact. This is a positive-only product.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the words, photos, and custom audio you provide; must have the right to use every upload; and may share the link only with people you are entitled to contact. Custom audio must be instrumental and contain no speech or vocals. The service never sends a recipient email on your behalf.

Reports and moderation

Recipients can report a note. A report flags it for operator review; it does not automatically disable it. The operator may disable or delete notes that violate these terms or applicable law.

Availability

Notes can expire, be disabled, or be removed. The service is provided without a promise of permanent storage or uninterrupted availability.
