Age

You must be at least 16 years old to create and send a note.

Keep it kind and lawful

Do not use this service for threats, harassment, hate, impersonation, sexual content involving minors, unlawful material, or repeated unwanted contact. This is a positive-only product.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for all content you provide. You must have the right to use every upload. Share the link only with people you are entitled to contact. Custom audio must be instrumental, with no speech or vocals. The service never emails recipients on your behalf.

Password-protected gifts

A sender may put a password on a gift. Nobody can recover or reset it, so pass it to the recipient yourself and keep a copy. The password hides the gift from people who open the link, and the operator can still read a protected gift when a report needs review. Depending on the gift's language, a link preview may show the recipient's display name whether or not a password is set. A first name is the right thing to enter there.

Reports and moderation

Recipients can report a note. A report flags it for operator review. It does not automatically disable it. The operator may disable or delete notes that violate these terms or applicable law.

Availability

Notes can expire, be disabled, or be removed. The service is provided without a promise of permanent storage or uninterrupted availability.
